The Intuitive Rebirth energy-work method takes you deep into your layers of resistance (the spaces within your body that are longing to be loved). It is by bringing absolute loving presence to these deep layers within that you will find your greatest healing and opportunities for expansion. In this method I use my empathic and intuitive abilities to see, sense, feel what is ready to shift in your energetic system. By tuning in and listening to your story, we set the stage for the energy that is ready to shift to show itself. We co-create the container for transformation by using movement, breath, sound and focus. We make space for new stories to be born into your reality and align you with your highest potential.
